We integrate the (PS)OCT to multimodal, multiscale imaging pipelines that may include but are not limited to MRI, dMRI, histology, lightsheet micrsocopy, HiP-CT… We then coregister all modalities into a common space.

Below is an example of the such pipeline which comprises whole brain MRI, high resolution MRI of the somatosensory cortex, the OCT data of that same block and finally the Nissl stain of the same tissue, all of them in register.
